Model Release & Consent

In exchange for a complimentary (free) hair service provided by Matsui Hair Studio Pte. Ltd. (UEN 201222642Z) ("the Studio"), I agree to act as a hair model and, having read and understood the terms below, agree to the following.

1. I grant the Studio permission to photograph and/or film me, my hair, and the services performed during the free hair service.
2. These materials may be used for marketing and promotional purposes — the very purpose of the free hair service — including on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, the Studio's website, printed materials, and paid advertising.
3. I understand that the free hair service is the full and final consideration given in exchange for my participation and this release, and that I am not entitled to any further payment.
4. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished materials or the manner in which they are used.
5. I release the Studio, its staff and partners from any claims arising from the agreed use of these materials, including claims relating to privacy or the manner of use.
6. I confirm that I am 18 years of age or older (or that a parent/guardian is signing on my behalf), and that I am receiving the free hair service willingly.
